Temporary event portal
This website is a temporary internal tool provided by OCuSOFT, Inc. solely for the 40th Anniversary Celebration (picnic) on July 25, 2026. It is not a permanent corporate system and may be taken offline after the event without further notice.
Exclusive authorized use
Access is limited to employees of OCuSOFT, Inc. and its subsidiaries (including Jove Laboratories and PrimeraRx) with an approved company email domain, and to individually invited guests of OCuSOFT. You may use this site only to sign in, complete the liability waiver for yourself and your listed guests, and download your own waiver PDF. Unauthorized access, sharing of magic links, scraping, or use for any other purpose is prohibited.
Event scope
All event details, waiver text, and records relate only to the 40th Anniversary Celebration. RSVP and attendance processes outside this portal (for example, HR/event organizers) remain separate from electronic waiver submission.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate participant information, reading the full liability waiver before signing, and supervising any minors you list. Electronic signatures have the same intent as ink signatures for this event form.
Data and retention
Waiver records (including name, contact details, participant information, signature image, and PDF) are retained for event administration, safety, and legal records. Contact IT or HR if you have questions about retention after the event.
No warranty
This portal is provided “as is” for internal event use. OCuSOFT may suspend access for maintenance, security, or misuse. Technical issues should be reported to IT.
